Use by the Addressee of any such calculations or drawings constitutes an acknowledgment of the terms set forth herein. Each Addressee releases Scott system, Inc. from all liability, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising out of or related to the use of the calculations or drawings, agrees to indemnify and defend Scott System, Inc. from any and all claims of liability arising from such use, including attorney fees and costs incident thereto, and further agrees that the laws of the State of Colorado shall govern the validity and enforcement of this Agreement.
